“I have loved serving as Director of Events this past semester! The experience has given me valuable hands-on exposure to event planning, timeline coordination, and managing vendor logistics. Beyond the experience, however, I thoroughly enjoy getting to help put on events that all of our members enjoy. Date events are one of my favorite parts of Alpha Phi and getting to incorporate new themes, venues, and other fun surprises makes our job so exciting.”

“I love to help plan the events not only because it’s fun to come up themes but it’s so rewarding to see everything that we have planned come together and have the whole chapter enjoy it. It’s also such a good way to be involved with the chapter while also doing something that we all love. I love going early to date events because I think it’s fun to set up the decor and set out food, etc.!
